Returns & Refund

Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A 15% cancellation fee is attached to each canceled order and orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped out. Please reach out to us via email at [email protected] and be sure to include your order number. We will get back to you within 1 business day.


Returns & Refunds:
All our products are personal care products and so for safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. Even in a sealed condition, the products will have been out of our supervision once sent out and so in this case too, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. If you are allergic to certain natural ingredients, or even if you are unaware of any allergies, you are strongly advised to conduct a patch test before full-fledged use. In case of irritation please discontinue use immediately and see a physician.


Damaged Product:
If your package arrives damaged (example- broken jars), please make sure to click photos of the same and write to us within 6 hours of receiving the damaged shipment. Logistics is completely outsourced by us to a third-party company. We can only take up the damaged good issue with them when we have proof to support it. This will help us better our packaging and also make sure that we hold the shipping agency accountable. We will gladly provide you a refund for the product that came damaged or ship the same product to you. Please write to us at [email protected] so that we can resolve the issue for you at the earliest.
